The diagnosis is accurate, and the root cause lies in 'infrastructure fragmentation'. 2. OpenCloudOS tackles the core challenges of AI application deployment and maintenance through a series of measures such as image minimization, lazy loading, P2P acceleration, automated hardware services, and Agent-based automated adaptation, all of which are solid engineering practices. 3. The release of 'OpenCloudOS Infra Intelligent Base' collaborates with numerous domestic and international chip and framework vendors, aiming to build a unified AI computing power foundation. In the context of ecosystem fragmentation in China, this is a crucial step forward.

They represent an effort to build a domestic, self-reliant AI ecosystem. However, whether it can truly become a 'preferred option' in the AI era will depend on its stability and performance in large-scale implementation and its ability to attract more top-tier players outside of Tencent for deep involvement.
